Role

Lightning is the king of all dragons—the High King. While there are other kings and queens, he and his sister, Hydra, are the most powerful. Lightning is a dragon whose scales range from dark gray with a hint of blue to lighter shades. He is usually grumpy but becomes cheerful and excited around baby dragons. He even insisted on a nursery just for them. Lightning is 2,037 years old, just one year older than Hydra. Like Hydra, he once lived in the human world before dragons moved to Dragon World in 2030.

Species

Lightning is a lightning dragon, but unlike most of his kind, he has a severe limitation—he cannot safely visit water planets. While other lightning dragons can reduce their lightning energy to adapt, Lightning cannot. This makes oceans, seas, and floods deadly for him. 

Appearance

Lightning's scales are dark gray with a faint blue tint, gradually shifting to lighter tones. He wears a gold crown with a bluish-gray gem, but he also owns a silver crown with a silver gem (spinel). His lightning can vary in color, shifting from red-pink to white or even black, a rare and powerful trait.
